Virginia Automobile License Plates

The citizens of Virginia will soon be able to express their support for smaller government and protest the Federal Government’s intrusion into the affairs of private citizens.

How?     With license plates that make a statement!

On October 14, 2010, HOUSE BILL NO. 1418 was filed to start the process of establishing this special plate as an official Virginia license plate. The bill has passed and been signed into law by the Governor.

Pre-paid applications for the DONT TREAD ON ME license plate have been turned into the VA Department of Motor Vehicles.  These plates should not be expected until the end of the year and will be available simultaneously through Virginia DMV offices.
